Terms of Use
Effective October 4, 2026
These terms apply to InquiryCRM, operated by IQ Education LLC ("we", "us"), and to the venues and people who use it.
The service
InquiryCRM is business software for banquet halls and event venues to manage their sales inquiries. Access is provided to venues and their staff under accounts created by the venue's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Venues must use InquiryCRM lawfully and only record and contact people in ways the law allows. You must not use the service to send spam or unsolicited promotional messages, to harass anyone, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Text message terms
- Program: InquiryCRM lets a venue team member text a link to the details of an inquiry to a mobile number. It is an informational, on-demand message. It is not a marketing or promotional program.
- Consent: Venue users may text only people who have given the venue their mobile number for this purpose, such as a guest who asked the venue about an event, or a member of the venue's own team. Venues are responsible for having that consent.
- Frequency: Messages are sent only when a venue team member sends one. Message frequency varies and is typically low.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You may receive one message confirming your request. Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge recipients.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.
